All properties are fully furnished, including communal living areas (sofas, tables chairs etc.) and kitchens (washing machine, oven, hob etc.). Each property comes with a detailed, tailor made information manual to make your stay smoother and more pleasant.
Most properties also boast ‘premium appliances’ such as tumble dryers and dishwashers.
All Houses are HMO Licenced and are approved by Southampton University (SASSH)
For properties that have permitted parking, permits can be applied for from Southampton Council Council (two permits allowed at £30* each per year). You will need to provide Proof of Address, Vehicle V5 Registration document and other items – check the Southampton City Council web site.
